To consolidate and enhance the international position of Dutch design, fashion and architecture in a sustainable way, the programme is based on three interlinked principles:

External ideas can be submitted as proposals. However, the requirement is that the proposal clearly adheres to the aims and objectives of the DutchDFA programme.
10. Does DutchDFA provide grants for project or individuals?
The DutchDFA programme will not grant monies towards external projects and/or organisations and/or individuals.
